I am personally so out of shape I am always amazed by exercise and fitness. I have always been more fascinated with yoga. It is so good for you in many ways. It's a physical and mental practice. Sometimes when I feel overwhelmed I picture myself in Buddha pose with fresh light and air around me! Things always seem so busy for me and no time to just stop and breathe. I can't wait to incorporate yoga into my normal day life!
This amazing mother is at the end of her third trimester and still going strong with yoga and her other exercise routines. Keeping mom healthy keeps the baby healthy! What's more important than that!
